Know the Author

Kolluri Soma Sankar is based at Hyderabad in India. He has a Bachelor's degree and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

A Bhasha Praveena in Hindi from Dakshin Bharata Hindi Prachar Sabha as well, he is a short story writer, translator and columnist all rolled into one. His first love is translation. Till date, he has published 35 short stories and 70 translated stories in different periodicals and webzines. His forte is translating English and Hindi into Telugu.

His pen name is 'Sankarnag'. As on date his four Hindi translations were published in a reputed webzine.

He worked in the development sector for quite sometime and gained considerable administrative and program experience in NGOs and networks in microfinance, water/sanitation and health. He has translated training manuals and information booklets from English to Telugu and vice-versa, Telugu to Hindi in his jobs. Though he has varied experience, his passion for translations has taken him through many challenging assignments.

Apart from fiction and non-fiction, he has also translated training materials related to health education, health insurance, microfinance etc from English and Hindi to Telugu and vice-versa.
